NO.8 BY JOHN LAWSONIn 2013, Crown’s No.8 underwent a rebrand with the arrival of chef John Lawson, reflecting his craft-driven, produce-focused approach to food. We created a series of organic graphics by boiling leaves and delicately removing their flesh to reveal the skeletons, symbolizing the restaurant’s artisanal approach.
